Refund policy

We want buying Ask Ewan products to feel low-risk. This policy explains when you can receive a refund for digital products.
1. Parent Report (£15)
- You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, for any reason, even if the report has already been generated or delivered.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. After we approve a refund, access to the purchased report may be revoked.
- Self-service refund tooling may be offered from your report area when logged in; until then, email via the contact form with category "Refund request".
2. Document review (£19 single · £39 bundle)
- The same 7 calendar day refund window applies from the date of purchase, for any reason, before substantive review work has been completed. If we have already delivered written feedback, we may decline or offer partial credit at our discretion.

3. Clearing Intensive (£99)
- The same 7-day no-questions-asked window applies from the date of purchase, unless a different window is stated at checkout for a specific campaign (we will show the terms clearly before payment).
- If we fail to deliver within the advertised turnaround during Clearing week, you are entitled to a refund or a remedy as described at purchase.
4. After 7 days
Outside the 7-day window, refunds are discretionary and typically considered only for technical failure on our side or duplicate charges. We may ask for brief details to improve the product.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us first — we resolve most problems quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may limit future purchases.
