How accurate are your salary projections?
We separate official statistics from illustrative models — and we say which is which.
When we cite medians from public datasets (for example LEO-style earnings bands), those numbers come from published government or sector tables — subject to suppression rules and time lags described on our methodology page.
When we show illustrative projections (for example net position over a decade), those are simplified models for discussion — not personalised financial forecasts. Ask Ewan does not provide regulated financial advice.
